IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND CLAIM POLICIES!

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

SHIPPING METHOD DISCLOSURE AND LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:

First Class Shipping Important Notice! Customers report varied reliability in USPS’s ability to deliver on time for First Class Shipping. We strive to offer great customer experience and therefore still offer Live Arrival Guarantee even for First Class Shipping. Please note however, that this guarantee is valid only for five (5) days from the time of seller’s dispatch of the package. This guarantee is void is the package arrives after five days or where the package as been exposed to temperatures below 30F or above 90F

 

Priority Mail Shipping: Live Arrival Guarantee is offered with USPS Priority Mail regardless of delivery time. Guarantee is void if package is exposed to temperatures of below 30F or above 90F. While this method cost a little extra, you will receive plants faster and in much better condition than First Class shipping. For this reason, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you choose Priority Mailing Method.

SHIPPING TIMING: Priority option ships on Monday and Wednesdays only.

PACKING: Plants are carefully packaged into a Ziploc bag with a moisture retainer (paper towel and such). Package is then placed into a shipping box then inside a poly mailer. During winter, denim or similar insulation will be used. During Summer, reflective insulation is used.

TRACKING AND RETRIVAL: A tracking number is included with each order. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ROUTE OF YOUR PACKAGE AND PICK UP YOUR PLANTS PROMPTLY AFTER THE DELIVERY. ANY DOA CLAIMS AFTER 3 HOURS OF FIRST ATTEMPT DELIVERY IS VOID.

REPORTING DEAD PLANTS: If plant is delivered dead on arrival (DOA), please contact seller within THREE (3) hours of FIRST (1ST) DELIVERY ATTEMPT. If you receive extremely damaged or dead plants, please take clear pictures of the plants in their unopened packaging and message me within 3 hours of the FIRST delivery attempt. Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

IMPORTANT TEMPERATURE CONSIDERATIONS: Temperature is very important for live delivery of plants. Please check the 7-day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. Packages left outside in high/low temperature will drastically lower their ability to acclimate and survival rate. Customers have not had any DOA issues due to cold/hot weather. Nevertheless, please be aware that live arrival guarantee is voided when your temperatures are below 30F or above 90F or above the applicable time restrictions.

RETURNS: Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted. However, you are highly encouraged to contact us if you have any issues or concerns.

LOCAL LAWS: It's buyer’s responsibility to know what flora or fauna are legal or considered invasive or noxious in their state. Please make sure you research this before ordering. We encourage all buyers to abide and follow the rules their home state has placed on live plants and fish as established by their home state Department of Agriculture.
